Payment Options

• Health Insurance - We accept most major commercial insurance plans and are always working to become par with new plans. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to determine if we accept your plan.

• Self-pay options:
• Diagnostic Assessment (first session) - $125
• Individual Counseling Sessions - $85
• Psychiatric Medication Diagnostic Assessment (first session with provider) - $150
• Follow-up medication management services with provider - $85 to $125

Couples/Marital Counseling is Self-Pay Only

• Couples Diagnostic Assessment (Initial Session) – Up to 60 minutes: $150 (Self-Pay)
• Diagnostic Assessment (Extended Initial Session, if clinically necessary):
  
  • 61–90 minutes: $225
  • 91–120 minutes: $300

Diagnostic assessment fees are based on the total time of the appointment. If the initial evaluation extends beyond 60 minutes due to clinical need, additional charges will apply according to the fee schedule above.

• Couples Follow-Up Sessions (Self-Pay):
  
  • Up to 60 minutes: $100
  • 61–90 minutes: $150
  • 91–120 minutes: $200

Session fees are based on the total time of the appointment. If a session extends beyond the scheduled 60 minutes, additional charges will apply according to the fee schedule above.
